Lakeside at Frisco Bridges

Lakeside at Frisco Bridges, a 65-acre corporate community, is a master-planned corporate office development that can accommodate more than a million square feet of office buildings within a 718-acre architecturally controlled mixed-use complex.

The development is located at the northeast corner of the North Dallas Tollway and State Highway 121, between Gaylord Parkway and Warren Parkway in Frisco, Texas.

Lakeside at Frisco Bridges features 17 acres dedicated as open space, with lakes, waterfalls, fountains, distinctive parks and walking trails for corporate employee use.

Within Lakeside at Frisco Bridges, corporate users can select build-to-suit sites from 75,000 to 1,000,000 square feet.

Medium-sized companies in the development will enjoy amenities and a park-like setting usually reserved for larger corporations.

Lakeside at Frisco Bridges offers features, such as custom signage and lighting as well as enhanced landscaping, including stone bridges and sculpture.

Frisco's location north of Dallas, combined with its blend of land, jobs, workforce and housing values, make it one of the nation's fastest-growing cities.

Corporate neighbors include J.C. Penney, Frito-Lay, EDS Corp., Fina Oil, Dr Pepper/7-UP, Metasolv, Countrywide Home Mortgage and Sterling Software.

Nearby amenities include Stonebriar Mall, a two-million-square-foot retail center to be anchored by Nordstrom's, Macy's, Foley's, Sears and J.C. Penney, and the Centre at Preston Ridge, a 1.5-million-square-foot retail center that will include more than 25 restaurants. Both are scheduled to open in August of 2000.

Lakeside at Frisco Bridges was developed by a joint venture of Means Knaus Parthers, L.P. and St. Joe Commercial.
