Dallas

 

Colinas Crossing

Colinas Crossing is a 75-acre, $200 million, office and hotel development in Dallas. The mixed-use complex at Luna Road and LBJ Freeway will contain one hotel and seven office buildings on the shores of a 110-acre lake. i2 Technologies and the Haggar Corporation have selected Colinas Crossing for their world headquarters.

 

Lakeside at Frisco Bridges

Lakeside at Frisco Bridges is a 65-acre corporate office development that can accommodate more than a million square feet of office buildings within a master-planned mixed-use complex. At the North Dallas Tollway and State Highway 121, between Gaylord Parkway and Warren Parkway in Frisco, Texas, the project features an extraordinary infrastructure, with abundant open spaces, waterfalls, fountains and walking trails.

 

Careington International

This award-winning property was a build-to-suit project completed by MKP in 2002. The new headquarters for CAREINGTON International includes a 75,000-square-foot office building, a 1st-floor parking garage encased in glass and a variety of distinctive features. Set in the heavily wooded Frisco Bridges development, the building takes advantage of its surroundings with a customized balcony equipped to facilitate outdoor business activities.

Ten Thousand North Central

Ten Thousand North Central is a fifteen-story, Class AA office building offering 282,950 rentable square feet and immediate access to major Dallas destinations, including North Park Mall, Preston Center, Park Cities, SMU, and Presbyterian Hospital.

1125 17th Street

1125 17th Street MKP manages and leases 1125 17th Street, a Regional TOBY award winner and Energy Star designee. This 489,393-square-foot, Class A building features a 445-space parking garage and dramatic views of the Rocky Mountain Range. Located in Denver's financial district, also known as "the Wall Street of the West," 1125 17th Street is a very attractive location for numerous investment-grade tenants.

360 Interlocken

360 Interlocken is a Class A structure overlooking scenic mountain terrains. Located within the Interlocken Business Park, the property is close to Boulder, Colorado, and features a broad range of area amenities, such as the Flatirons Mall in Broomfield and Jefferson Airport. The MoneyGram International building is located in Southwest Metro Denver near the crossroads Wadsworth and Hampden at 3940 Teller Street, Lakewood, Colorado. The property resides in scenic Academy Park, close to various local shopping attractions and the Denver Foothills.

 

The Symes Building

The Symes Building

The Symes Building is 100,615 square feet and is located in a prime location in downtown Denver’s central business district on the 16th Street Mall. The first floor of the eight-story Symes Building is used for retail, and the other floors contain office space. This historic office building was built in 1906.

Kerr-McGee Office Complex

Class A structure with 100,000 square feet of space. Located in Houston, Texas, on the North East quadrant of I-45 and Sam Houston North Toll Road. First floor structurally designed to accommodate a visualization lab. Special measures taken during ground drilling to circumvent tree roots and preserve the older trees.

 

Park 10 Centre

Park 10 Centre

The Park 10 Centre building is located at 1311 Broadfield Blvd. in Houston, Texas, at the well-known “Energy Corridor” near the intersection of the I-10 Katy Freeway and Highway 6. The Class A building sits on 4 acres of land and is approximately 155,040 square feet.
