Colinas Crossing

Colinas Crossing, a 75-acre corporate community, is an architecturally controlled, master-planned commercial development in Dallas, Texas.

Located on Luna Road between LBJ Freeway and Royal Lane, Colinas Crossing will include 1.5 million square feet of mixed office, hotel and restaurant uses within its overall 200 acres of development space.

Colinas Crossing overlooks a distinctive 110-acre lake and contains more than 50 acres of permanent park land with a 10K-trail system.

In 2004, Haggar Clothing Company, a fully owned subsidiary of Haggar Corp., purchased Two Colinas Crossing, a Class A, 180,000 square-foot office building that will house Haggar’s corporate headquarters.

i2 Technologies, an Irving-based software company, also selected Colinas Crossing as the location for its world headquarters. One i2 Place opened in September 1999.

Within Colinas Crossing, corporate users can select build-to-suit sites from 150,000 to 450,000 square feet.

Sites offer state-of-the-art underground utilities, including fiber-optic telephone lines and dual electrical feeds. Electricity rates are competitive with two companies vying for customers.

Medium-sized companies in the development enjoy amenities and a park-like setting usually reserved for larger corporations. Selected travel times from the development: 15 minutes to the Dallas Central Business District, and 10 minutes to the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport.

More than 40 Fortune 500 companies are located within 10 miles of Colinas Crossing including, Southwestern Bell, Exxon, i2 Technologies, The Associates, Microsoft, GTE, IBM and Sprint.

Colinas Crossing has easy access to numerous hotels, restaurants, retail stores, business services and recreational facilities. Two hotels, Doubletree and Omni, three private country clubs, five golf courses and an internationally recognized equestrian center are located within minutes of the development.

Colinas Crossing was developed by a joint venture of Means Knaus Partners, L.P. and PacTrust.
