MKP Assumes Management Duties at NEC Headquarters in Las Colinas, Texas
Houston, June 16, 2011 —Means Knaus Partners has assumed property management duties at the NEC Corporate Center, a 526,245-square-foot office property located at 6535 N. State Highway 161 in Las Colinas and owned by the Mizrachi Group.
Situated five miles southeast of the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), the two-building campus complex serves as NEC’s corporate headquarters and features a host of impressive amenities, including an exercise facility, cafeteria, as well as a conference and training center. Onsite parking is provided in an adjacent four-story parking structure.
