Houston-Based SEC Audit Firm Leases 12,074 Square Feet at One Oak Park
Houston, April 26, 2010 – GBH CPAs, PC, a Houston-based Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) audit firm, has leased 12,074 square feet in One Oak Park, 6002 Rogerdale, one block from the Sam Houston Parkway in the Westchase District of Houston. The firm is relocating from 24 Greenway Plaza. Completed in April 2009, One Oak Park is now 45 percent leased.

The property is situated on 8.4 acres in west Houston at Rogerdale and Town Park. One Oak Park is built to “green” building LEED-NC (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) gold certification standards with large, efficient floor plates, light-filled office space, a comprehensive fitness center and a tree-shaded exterior courtyard with wireless service. Architect for One Oak Park is Gensler. One Oak Park also features energy efficient systems for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, 6 watts per square foot of electrical service and a parking ratio of 4 per 1,000 square feet.
