Houston-based Means Knaus Partners LP’s Denver office will handle the 1.4 million-square-foot western portfolio of commercial real estate properties for the company’s new joint venture with Lexington Realty Trust of New York. The venture, which oversees property and construction management for Lexington properties nationwide, is called Lexington MKP Management LP. The western portfolio includes assets in metro Denver, Colorado Springs, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Phoenix.
