New Chief Operating Officer Bob Nowak Focuses Means Knaus On The Future
HOUSTON, September 15, 2009 – Means Knaus Partners has appointed Bob Nowak to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Nowak, who joined Means Knaus in July of 2008, previously served as the company’s Senior Managing Director for the western United States.

Prior to joining Means Knaus, Mr. Nowak served as Vice President of JMB Realty in Los Angeles. His experience also includes leadership roles at Equity Office Properties and the Koll Company in Los Angeles. Mr. Nowak has been frequently recognized for his contributions to high-profile, high-performance projects and his dedication to providing exceptional service as evidenced by two of his assets, Sun America Tower and MGM Tower, being awarded the prestigious BOMA TOBY Award for national and international building of the year during his tenure at JMB Realty.
