Collectively, MKP and its different partnerships have commercial experience that encompasses more than 25 million square feet of commercial real estate, with a value in excess of $3 billion.

The partnership has particular interest in the potential development of 220 acres owned in Oak Park at Westchase, on the Sam Houston Toll Road in West Houston. MKP also constructed a new build-to-suit project in north Houston. The Class A, 100,000-square-foot structure serves as the new Oil and Gas Exploration headquarters for Kerr-McGee.

Additionally, MKP provides customized real estate solutions for properties such as Houston's 4.5-acre Westchase Corporate Center and 5-acre Enclave. Because of the financial strength of MKP and its partnerships, external funds are not required for new developments.
